The efficient DOHC design of the aluminium blocks and heads in the new Navara's 2.5-litre petrol engine makes it a mechanical marvel. The engine has reduced internal friction for a smoother response and is tuned for greater fuel efficiency.

2.5-LITRE TURBO DIESEL ENGINE

The new Navara's 2.5l turbo diesel engine is a powerhouse, providing 450 Nm of torque for massive towing capability. With parallel port cylinder heads and an electronically actuated turbocharger, it is as responsive and efficient as it is powerful.

INTELLIGENT EMERGENCY BRAKING

Intelligent Emergency Braking Detection monitors your speed and distance between you and the car ahead, and can let you know if you need to slow down. It can also automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a frontal collision or lessen the severity of an impact.

LANE DEPARTURE WARNING

Stay between the lines. Lane departure warning technology assists you to stay in your travelling lane if you drift out of it. A front-facing camera monitors the car's position within the white (or yellow) lane markers of the travelling lane and if you start to drift, a visual and audio alert will prompt you to take action.
